Foundational Breast Care is administered by a group of women who come together with a common purpose – to support the advancement of women’s health and well-being.

The deeper we look at women’s health generally the more obvious it becomes that we medicate lack of self-worth in various ways, some appear more successful at this than others, but the fact remains that we are not collectively, experiencing the deeply founded self-confidence and self-value that is actually our natural birthright as women.

We are not interested in projecting a picture of success through Instagram or Facebook, or by playing the perfect role of mother, wife, career woman… but rather together uncovering why women feel they need to live up to a picture in the first place.

Each of the woman who dedicates themselves to this website, has done their own work to begin to discard many of the pictures they were once owned by and this process has been greatly supported by the Esoteric Breast Massage Modality founded in 2007. . . read more
